Onboarding : Billing Setup

After creating your first funnel, the next step is to set up billing.

Click the “Set up billing” button and accept the Moon plan. After that, you can use the app during the 14-day free trial. Once the trial ends, you will not be charged until your Fuze-generated revenue reaches $200. Plans upgrade automatically when you reach the threshold for the next plan.

Depending on the amount of revenue generated through Fuze, your monthly charge can vary from $0.00 to $999.99. However, please keep in mind that the maximum charge within a single billing cycle (30 days) will not exceed $999.99.

Let’s take a closer look at the plans.

**Moon plan**	**Io plan**	**Callisto plan**
The Moon plan is free until reaching $200 in Fuze-generated revenue or up to 50 orders per month. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Io plan.	The Io plan will be active until you reach $400 in Fuze-generated revenue or up to 100 orders per month, and the price will be only $7.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Callisto plan.	The Callisto plan will be active until you reach $1,000 in Fuze-generated revenue or up to 500 orders per month, and the price will be $19.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Titan plan.
**Titan plan**	**Mars plan**	**Saturn plan**
The Titan plan will be active until you reach $2,500 in Fuze-generated revenue or up to 1,500 orders per month, and the price will be $49.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Mars plan.	The Mars plan will be active until you reach $7,500 in Fuze-generated revenue or up to 4,000 orders per month, and the price will be $149.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Saturn plan.	The Saturn plan will be active until you reach $15,000 in Fuze-generated revenue or up to 7,000 orders per month, and the price will be $299.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Sun plan.
**Sun plan**	**Galaxy plan**	**Universe plan**
The Sun plan will be active until you reach $30,000 in Fuze-generated revenue or up to 9,000 orders per month, and the price will be $599.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Galaxy plan.	The Galaxy plan will be active until you reach $40,000 in Fuze-generated revenue or up to 11,000 orders per month, and the price will be $799.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Universe plan.	The Universe plan will be active above $40,000 in Fuze-generated revenue and above 11,000 orders per month, and the price will be $999.99. You can continue with this plan regardless of the number of orders completed, thanks to the app’s functionalities, and you will not be charged more than $999.99 in a single billing cycle (30 days).

It’s important to note that if your store’s currency differs from USD, the amount will be converted to USD for calculation purposes.

Important information for users on older plans:

We offer plan grandparenting. If you are on the Free plan, you can continue using Fuze Post Purchase Upsell within the included revenue limit. All features remain available, including post-purchase upsell funnels, thank-you page upsell and cross-sell funnels, email upsell and cross-sell funnels, and dashboard analytics. The only restriction is that your Fuze-generated revenue cannot exceed $100. Once this limit is reached, the app’s funnels are temporarily disabled until the monthly period ends or you upgrade your plan. If your store currency differs from USD, the revenue amount is converted to USD.

If you are on the Growth or No Retainer plan, you can continue using the app based on the commission limit for that plan. All app features remain available, including post-purchase upsell funnels, thank-you page upsell and cross-sell funnels, email upsell and cross-sell funnels, and dashboard analytics. Once you reach the commission limit, the app’s funnels are temporarily disabled until the monthly period ends or you upgrade your plan. If your store currency differs from USD, the revenue amount is converted to USD.

If you reach the revenue limit of your Free, Growth, or No Retainer plan before the billing cycle ends, you won’t be able to manually upgrade the commission limit until the cycle resets. However, you can promptly click the “Set up billing” button and accept a new plan to continue using the app without limitations.

Accepting the Moon plan moves you to the newer pricing structure. With the Moon plan, there is no commission limit, and upgrades occur automatically.

To upgrade to the new pricing structure (Moon plan), simply click the “Set up billing” button and accept the plan on the “Approve subscription” page. It’s worth noting that we offer plan grandparenting, allowing you to continue using your current plan (Free, Growth, or No Retainer) if desired.
