Fuze Post Purchase Upsell helps Shopify merchants increase average order value with post-purchase offers, thank-you page offers, email widgets, COD upsells, and customer surveys.

You can install the app from the Shopify App Store.

Setup

After installation, Fuze requests the Shopify permissions it needs to display offers, read relevant store data, and support the app experience.

Before using the full app, complete the onboarding flow. If your store language is set to French, the app automatically uses French during setup.

Important Note: The following information relates to payment restrictions and supported payment types.

Regarding payments - these are the scenarios in which Shopify restricts the display of post-purchase offers:

• Third-party payment providers that require the customer’s CVN/CVV to be retained aren’t supported, such as Braintree, Payflow Pro, PayPal Payments Pro, and Eway.
• The customer chooses to check out with an installment service or a wallet service (such as Klarna, Affirm, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay).
• The initial purchase was made with a gift card or any payment method other than a credit card.

The types of payments that are currently supported are:

• Card payments
• Stripe
• Klarna (only if integrated through Stripe)
