Cash on delivery (COD) upsells let you show offers and surveys for COD orders.

COD Upsells

Upsells and surveys can appear for COD payments, giving those customers the same post-purchase flow as other order types. The layout appears on the thank-you page as part of the thank-you page widget.

When a customer accepts an upsell offer, the product is added to their existing order. The customer receives an email notification about the change.

All orders that include a one-click upsell are tagged with “(Fuze)” for tracking.

Fuze tracks impressions, acceptances, declines, and related funnel metrics.

The original funnel triggers and restrictions also apply to COD upsells.

Load Speed and Customization

COD offers are optimized for fast loading.

The COD offer uses bold red styling by default. The button color follows the checkout button color set in the customization panel.
